资源简介:

The Cassero Senese, locally referred to as "Roccaccia," is a 13th Century fortification in Montelaterone, in the commune of Arcidosso, Grosseto, Tuscany. It is one of the many fortifications in the Mt Amiata region. The fortification was built by the Sienese in the thirteenth century, integrating it into the pre-existing defensive system which at the time consisted of the double defensive walls of Montelaterone. The complex was of considerable importance while it remained in the territory of the Republic of Siena . Once incorporated into the Grand Duchy of Tuscany in the mid- sixteenth century , the fortification was no longer considered strategic by the Medici and thus went into decline. The Mt. Amiata Project is an ongoing GDH collaboration involving faculty and students at the University of Florence and the University of Siena. We thank the Commune and people of Arcidosso and the region. 1069 drone photos and 764 terrestrial photos were processed in Reality Capture. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
