SSR database obtained by thirteen SSR markers for
six populations of Pinus nigra in Portugal. The populations are representative
of the species distribution in Portugal: Manteigas and Vale do Zêzere (center),
Campeã and Vila Pouca de Aguiar (north) and Paredes de Coura and Caminha
(northwest).
