Rotational valve for reagents

This dataset contains the mechanical design CAD files for a rotary valve for reagent management in the cfDNA extraction cartridge. The design enables the use of 13 separate reagents through a common central channel and 9 additional connections for a second common channel located on the outside edge of the rotor. It is possible to increase the number of connections for the second common channel up to 12 with minimal changes. The elastic sealing part of the valve is designed to be manufactured from silicone while other components are to be manufactured from a compatible plastic, for example polypropylene.
