Triple combination of BET plus pan-PI3K and NF-?B inhibitors exhibit synergistic activity in adult T cell leukemia/lymphoma

We exploited the use of I-BET762, copanlisib, and bardoxolone methyl inhibitors as triple combination to understand the interactions between these three pathways in Adult T cell leukemia/lymphoma. Overall design: Examination of ATL43Tb (-) tumor isolated from NSG mice treated with either vehicle or Triple combination of I-BET762, Copanlisib and bardoxolone methyl.
