All scripts (wrapper scripts 1 & 2) along with its dependencies (perl and bash scripts) used to analyze sequencing data and generate Nanopore consensus sequences for deposition to LASeR database. Wrapper scripts 1 & 2 are used for data analyses for all chapters described in the thesis.
