Expression data from Fibroblast-like Synoviocytes (FLS) isolated from patients with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) - compares untreated FLS to FLS exposed to conditioned media from Chondrocytes (Ch)

This dataset was used to determine the influence of conditioned media from Ch and how that influence affects genome-wide gene transcription in fibroblast-like synoviocytes In this dataset, we include data from untreated fibroblast-like synoviocytes and FLS cultured in chondrocyte-conditioned media, both normal FLS (C ) and JIA FLS (J). 36 samples were analyzed in this study. 3 normal FLS (C ), 3 normal FLS with Ch-conditioned media (CCh), 3 JIA FLS (J), and 3 JIA FLS with Ch-conditioned media (JCh). All normal FLS came from donors. All JIA FLS were obtained from our IRB-approved repository.
