胶质瘤数据分析

胶质瘤是一类起源于脑内胶质细胞的恶性肿瘤，包括星形细胞瘤、少突胶质细胞瘤、室管膜瘤等多种亚型。本产品提供DNA、RNA的分析流程以及单细胞的分析流程。其中DNA包含点突变、结构变异、融合分析、CNV变异分析。RNAseq除了基因表达差异外，还包括新转录本发现、等位基因特异性表达、转录本和非编码RNA的相互作用。单细胞分析包括细胞类别鉴定、细胞间通讯、单细胞轨迹分析、转录因子的分析。

Gliomas are a group of malignant tumors originating from glial cells in the brain, including multiple subtypes such as astrocytomas, oligodendrogliomas and ependymomas. This dataset provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA and single-cell omics. For DNA analysis, it covers point mutation detection, structural variation identification, fusion gene analysis and copy number variation (CNV) profiling. For RNA-seq analysis, apart from differential gene expression analysis, it also includes novel transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and the interaction between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis includes cell type annotation, intercellular communication analysis, single-cell trajectory analysis and transcription factor analysis.
