HSV1 A549 SMLM
收藏资源简介:
This dataset accompanies the publication "Herpes simplex virus type 1 reshapes host chromatin architecture via transcription machinery hijacking" by Gonzalez-Almela et al. To investigate how Herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) dramatically alters host nuclear structure during infection, we employed Super Resolution Microscopy. Human cells (A549) were infected with HSV-1, and the distribution of host/viral DNA and proteins was analyzed at 1, 3, and 8 hours post-infection. The following datasets contain representative Single Molecule Localization Microscopy (SMLM) images from Gonzalez-Almela et al. work. Each folder is labeled according to the molecular label used in the experiment, and includes results corresponding to the different conditions and time points described in the study.
