This dataset contains STRING-derived protein–protein interaction network outputs and Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment results supporting an exploratory in silico systems-level analysis of neuroinflammatory, inflammasome-associated, microglial, and remyelination-relevant immune signaling pathways related to the FireGate Biotech FG-003 program. The analysis evaluates whether a curated set of genes involved in IL-1 signaling, innate immune activation, microglial biology, and oligodendrocyte lineage function form a statistically enriched and non-random biological network. These results provide computational support for mechanistic convergence across neuroinflammation control and repair-associated pathways. This dataset is intended for hypothesis generation and grant-supporting exploratory analysis.
