Unbiased sequence analyses of IgG B cell receptor (BCR) repertoires from 57 healthy and 46 chronically HIV-1- or HCV-infected individuals were performed to investigate the impact of chronic infection on sequence characteristics in the IgG memory B cell compartment. Control samples for pipeline evaluation include biological duplicate samples and monoclonal B cell line spike-in experiments.
