To study the cancer exosome-induced changes in HUVECs, we characterized the transcriptomes in HUVECs treated with exosomes derived from hypoxia-induced MDA-MB-231. We found the exosomes upregulated the epithelialâmesenchymal transition(EMT)-related and metabolism-related genes in HUVECs.
