820个水稻新品种DUS测试性状数据和图像数据集

2010-2011年，在农业部植物新品种测试（杭州）分中心测试基地采集了820个水稻新品种的DUS测试性状数据和图像数据，测试性状数据为52个水稻DUS测试指南规定性状，图像数据包括植株、穗子和籽粒等实物图像。并对相关测试信息、性状描述数据和图像数据进行标准化处理，数据集共40,046条记录和4.08GB图像数据。该性状数据和图像数据已于2012年7月录入《农业部植物新品种保护办公自动化系统》的已知品种数据库并共享应用。Between 2010 and 2011, DUS test trait data and image data of 820 new rice varieties were collected at the test base of the Hangzhou Branch Center for Plant Variety Protection Testing, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China. The test trait data covers 52 traits specified in the Rice DUS Testing Guidelines. The image data includes physical images of rice plants, panicles, grains and other specimens. Relevant test information, trait description data and image data were standardized. The dataset contains a total of 40,046 records and 4.08 GB of image data. This trait data and image data were uploaded to the Known Variety Database under the Office Automation System for Plant Variety Protection of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in July 2012, and have been shared and applied.
