Physical and biogeochemical data collected by CTD in Masfjorden and Lurefjorden in Vestland, Norway during cruise HB2025009032 in June, 2025.

The files contain temperature, practical salinity, oxygen, and depth measurements binned into 1 db pressure bins, collected using a CTD from RBR during cruise HB2025009032 in June 2025. Data were collected in Masfjorden, Fensfjorden, Lurefjorden, and Osterfjorden in Vestland, Norway. Water sample data (Oxygen, Dissolved Inorganic Carbon, Alkalinity, Ph, H2S, nutrients, ammonium, and salt) collected during the cruise are included. The cruise was organized by the Geophysical Institute, University of Bergen, under the projects FJO2RD (NFR) and CLIFFORD (Bjerknes Centre). Data can be downloaded as one .nc file or three .txt file, where data in the .txt-files are separated into downcast (HB2025009032_CTD.txt) and bottle (HB2025009032_btl.txt) data, and where meta-data are provided in HB2025009032_meta_data.txt. Samples for methane and NO2 and sediment cores were obtained during the cruise. Data from these will be made available elsewhere.
