Projected ecological and disruptive impacts of climate change on malaria in Africa

Geospatial raster datasets corresponding to Figures 1-3 in Symons et al. Each file is a 5x5km resolution raster TIFF covering the continent of Africa. Variables are the projected change under SSP2-4.5 in either infection prevalence (Plasmodium falciparum parasite rate, PfPR) or cumulative clinical cases by 2050 relative to a counterfactual scenario with no future climate change. Each variable has a layer containing the point estimate values and a second enumerating the degree of consensus across CMIP6 GCM members. See manuscript for further details.
