RNA-Seq of H8, SiHa and KD HSPA9 SiHa cells. RNA-Seq of H8, SiHa and KD HSPA9 SiHa cells

To investigate the different gens expression in the cervical immortalized cervical cells (H8 cells), cervical cancer cells (SiHa cells) and KD HSPA9 SiHa cells. Overall design: To investigate the function of HSPA9-knockdown in cervical cancer cells, we established KD HSPA9 SiHa cell line in which the gene HSPA9 has been knocked down by shRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different cells (H8, SiHa and KD HSPA9 SiHa cells). Comparative gene expression profling analysis of RNA-seq data for H8 cells, SiHa cells and KD HSPA9 SiHa cells were performed.
