The dataset describes glycosylation reactions performed in an automated flow chemistry setup. Thioglycoside donors are coupled with hydroxyl acceptors at different temperatures. The resulting mixture is quenched and analysed via LC-ELSD/MS. Products starting materials and sideproducts are identified, relative ELSD areas calculated and MS chromatograms filtered for discernible products.
