Supporting data for “Establishing an optimized platform for human pluripotent stem cell differentiation into islet organoid”

This dataset contains all the data shown in the thesis “Establishing an optimized platform for human pluripotent stem cell differentiation into islet organoid”. The dataset includes images captured by various microscopes and data necessary to generate the charts in the thesis. Also, genotyping results are provided to support the verification of the reporter cell line.
