Burkholderia_stabilis__understanding_the_basis_of_Burkholderia_pathogenicty_using_a_mutable_isolate

Burkholderia stabilis causes a persistent infection in zebrafish and is easily mutated with transposons. A TraDIS library is being constructed in this strain in order to understand the basis of its pathogenicity. This data will help to consolidate our knowledge of a species that can cause serious pathogenicity in humans who come into contact with it. This particular strain has 3 chromosomes so using PacBio will signmificantly enhance the value from the TraDIS library studies in Zebrafish infections and other conditions
