Synthetic Photovoltaic I–V Dataset for Series and Shunt Resistance Estimation

This dataset contains synthetic photovoltaic (PV) current–voltage (I–V) characteristics generated using the Single-Diode Model (SDM) under varying irradiance, temperature, series resistance ($R_s$), and shunt resistance ($R_{sh}$) conditions. The dataset includes realistic Gaussian measurement noise and is designed for benchmarking physics-guided machine learning and optimization-based photovoltaic parameter estimation frameworks.
