This dataset contains the complete Supporting Information for the study “Thermodynamic and Economic Assessment of a Liquid Nitrogen Precooling Dual-Pressure Claude Cycle for Hydrogen Liquefaction.” The files include all raw numerical tables, simulation outputs, and economic assumptions used in the thermodynamic decomposition, cycle-level performance evaluation, and techno-economic analysis (TEA). The dataset is organized as follows: 1. Thermodynamic performance decomposition • Table S1(a): Enthalpy-load distribution, refrigeration-duty allocation, and key performance indicators (SEC, power, turbine recovery). • Table S1(b): Full HYSYS stream summary (temperature, pressure, flow rates, and heat duties for all process streams). 2. Process-flow documentation • Figure S1: Detailed process flow diagram of the LN2-precooled dual-pressure Claude cycle for large-scale hydrogen liquefaction. 3. Techno-economic assumptions • Table S2: Cost categories and baseline TEA assumptions (capital depreciation, power consumption, maintenance, labor, and miscellaneous operating costs). • Table S3: Financial and operational parameters, including capital cost, plant lifetime, production scale, electricity/LN2 prices, discount rate, and depreciation method. 4. Parametric and sensitivity analyses • Table S4: Influence of LN2 mass-flow rate on refrigeration-load distribution, cold-box pressure drops, and temperature-profile uniformity. • Table S5: Effect of pressure-level distribution on cycle performance at fixed LN2 precooling conditions. 5.
