资源简介:
Intestinal microbial dysbiosis is commonly found in colorectal cancer (CRC) patients, which leads to changed gut environment and provides favorable conditions for the development of CRC. In this study, we employed fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) through enema to transfer the healthy intestinal microbes from wild type mice to the intestinal tract of CRC mice induced by the carcinogen azoxymethane and the proinflammatory agent dextran sodium sulfate, hoping to reverse the intestinal microbial dysbiosis. 16S rRNA gene analysis showed that FMT inhibited the amplification of oncogenic bacteria, promoted the growth of probiotics, and eventually restored the balance of intestinal microbiota in CRC mice.
