It includes three scientific datasets (QKM, HKM, 1KM). The L1B data needs to be used in conjunction with the latitude and longitude coordinate data (MOD/MYD03). Specifically: MOD/MYD02QKM: Corrected Earth observation data with a spatial resolution of 250 meters, covering bands 1 and 2; MOD/MYD02HKM: Aggregated 250-meter resolution data resampled to 500-meter resolution, covering bands 3, 4, 5, 6, 7; MOD/MYD021KM: Aggregated 250-meter and 500-meter resolution data resampled to 1-kilometer resolution, covering bands 8-19, 26, 20-25, 27-36; MOD/MYD03: 1-kilometer latitude and longitude coordinate data with a spatial resolution of 1000 meters.
