Effect of emergency/nonemergency cervical cerclage on vaginal microbiome of pregnant women with cervical incompetence

How to evaluate the therapeutic effect of cerclage on preterm delivery, caused by cervical insufficiency is still a thorny problem. The vaginal micro biome is closely associated with preterm birth. The purpose of this study was to analyze the vaginal micro bio of the patient with cervical insufficiency, the relationship between vaginal community composition before cerclege and whether or term delivery, and the effect of percentage on the vaginal micro biome.
