RNA sequencing is applied to medial preforntal cortex (mPFC) in Df(h15q13)/+ mouse model of the 15q13.3 hemizygous deletion. The overall goal is to identify the transcriptomic signature of the 15q13.3 deletion. RNA sequencing was performed in mPFC of 8-10 weeks male Df(h15q13)/+ mice (n=7) and wild type littermates (n=8) using BGISEQ-500 platform.
本研究以携带15q13.3半合子缺失(15q13.3 hemizygous deletion)的Df(h15q13)/+小鼠模型为研究对象,针对其内侧前额叶皮层(medial prefrontal cortex, mPFC)开展RNA测序(RNA sequencing)。本研究的整体目标为鉴定15q13.3缺失的转录组特征(transcriptomic signature)。实验采用BGISEQ-500测序平台,对8-10周龄的雄性Df(h15q13)/+小鼠(n=7)及其野生型同窝仔鼠(n=8)的内侧前额叶皮层组织进行RNA测序。
