In the DTDHM method, we used the SinC and seqtk tools to generate simulated data of different coverage depth and tumor purity (.bam format). Then use the Samtools tool to index the BAM file (.bai format). Below is a typical set of simulated data generated on chromosome 21 (e.g., coverage depth of 6X, tumor purity of 0.4) with a read length of 100. A BAM file with complete information and a BAM file with inconsistent read pairs.
