资源简介：
We isolated mRNA from adult mouse (C57BL/6J background) hearts and performed mRNA micro-array analysis to compare gene expression profiles between control and Rhau-deletion mice (inducible deletion by tamoxifen). Total RNA was isolated from the hearts of mice (CAAG-ERT2-Cre;Rhau F/F and Rhau F/F mice) at 2 months after tamoxifen administration. Then, RNA samples were applied for microarray analysis (Affymetrix Mouse 430 2.0 Array, Shanghai Biotechnology Co. Ltd.).
