CALLHOME German Transcripts

<h3>Introduction</h3><br>
<p>CALLHOME German Transcripts are transcriptions of portions of German telephone speech from CALLHOME German Speech (<a href="http://catalog.ldc.upenn.edu/LDC97S43" rel="nofollow">LDC97S43</a>). Specifically, this corpus consists of contiguous five or ten minute segments taken from 100 unscripted telephone conversations between native German speakers. The transcripts are time-stamped by speaker turn for alignment with the speech signal and are provided in standard orthography.</p><br>
<h3>Data</h3><br>
<p>The documentation included with this release describes transcription conventions and format, along with speaker metadata (e.g., gender, channel quality).</p><br>
<p>LDC has also released CALLHOME German Lexicon (<a href="http://catalog.ldc.upenn.edu/LDC97L18" rel="nofollow">LDC97L18</a>) which includes words from CALLHOME German Transcripts.</p><br>
