Genomic differences in fibroblasts, iPSC, iMSC and mesenchymal stem cells in mice

Mouse fibroblasts can be reprogrammed into iPSC by Yamanaka factor. iPSC can be derived into iMSC under certain induction conditions. iMSC and MSC have similar cellular properties. However, the genomic differences of these cell types are not clear. RNA-seq sequencing was used to clarify the possible genetic differences. Overall design: Mouse fibroblasts were reprogrammed into iPSC. iPSC were induced to differentiate into iMSC under certain induction conditions. Mouse fibroblasts, iPSC, iMSC and BMSC were collected and total RNA was extracted. RNA-seq sequencing was used to compare the genetic differences.
