Photographs of copepod species from net samples taken during the POLARSTERN cruise ANT-XX/1 (PS63)

Photographs of copepod species were taken from net samples of the POLARSTERN cruise ANT-XX/1 to the Eastern Atlantic. The specimens were either identified and photographed from live samples onboard or from formalin preserved samples which is noted in the metadata. Photographs were taken through the ocular of the stereo microscope. No scale is provided, but a link to the respective WoRMS species page where sizes for adults can be found. If available a link to a corresponding dataset on species abundances during the cruises is provided.
