Gene expression analysis of human spinal cord astrocyte culture on collagen I/decellularized spinal cord matirx(DSCM) hydrogel [bulk RNA-seq]

To further verify the effect of DSCM and COLI on cell fate regulation of ASCs, bulk RNAseq assays were implemented using human spinal cord derived primary astrocytes (hspASCs). We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of hspASC culture on COLI/DSCM hydrogel. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for hspASC under COLI/DSCM condition.
