Daily HPLC pigment and environmental data for: Hidden Markov model identifies four phytoplankton regimes associated with seasonal forcing and monsoon disturbance in Jinhae Bay, Korea

Daily observational data underlying the manuscript submitted to Limnology and Oceanography (LO-26-0267): HPLC pigment concentrations (17 diagnostic pigments plus total chlorophyll a) and environmental measurements (temperature, salinity, dissolved nutrients, precipitation, wind, tides) from Jangcheon Harbor, Jinhae Bay, Korea, at daily resolution from 2 April 2020 to 17 May 2021 (n = 410 days). These are the raw observations supporting all figures and results.
