Dataset for: Interfacial Engineering of 2D/2D BiVO4/V2CTx Heterostructures for Enhanced Symmetric Supercapacitor Performance Across Various Electrolytes

This dataset contains raw and processed experimental data supporting the study on 2D/2D BiVO4/V2CTx heterostructures for high-performance symmetric supercapacitors. The dataset includes structural characterization data (XRD), morphology analysis (SEM and TEM), surface chemistry characterization (XPS), and electrochemical measurements including cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, cycling stability, energy density, power density, and Coulombic efficiency. Electrochemical performance was evaluated in neutral, alkaline, and acidic electrolytes to investigate the influence of electrolyte chemistry on charge-storage behavior.
