The Zer0pa Knowledge Graph is a research authority graph spanning two engineering domains bridged by a single methodology: ZPE (deterministic multi-modal codecs across ~14 lanes) and Zer0paShip (naval architecture, Hull 20098). The shared substrate is DM3 (computational geometry / contraction theory) and the Gnosis-* falsification stack. This graph encodes not just what we know, but what we have decided, what we have proven, what we have falsified, and what is still open. It was built by AI agents reading the actual primary research artifacts of the Zer0pa programme, including .gpd/STATE.md, ROADMAP.md, phase summaries, proofs, and runbooks. Every node carries epistemic status (spec, decision, metric, verdict, phase) and every edge carries a typed semantic relation (validates, governs, blocked_by, implements, precedes, contains_subsystem).
