Transcriptome test of roots of trifoliate orange seedlings

The experiment consists of four treatments, including WW-AMF (well-watered condition without arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi ), WW+AMF (well-watered condition with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi), DS-AMF (drought stress condition without arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi), and DS+AMF (drought stress condition with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi). About 23 weeks old roots of trifoliate orange seedlings were collected for transcriptome sequencing, and each treatment contained three biological repeats. The method of sequencing was two terminal.
