Comparative analysis of bacterial microbiomes from macroalgal-habitats along the coast of Goa, using Illumina-NGS sequencing approach.

Seaweed ecosystems are structuring habitats that harbor a rich diversity of associated microbial communities, which play vital roles in coastal ecosystems. This study aims to assess the community structure and composition of bacterial microbiomes associated with seaweed habitats from three coastal ecosystems of Goa using 16S V3-V4 Amplicon sequencing via the Illumina-NGS approach.
