NRS-21127 | Images of Ceremonial and Official State Functions [Protocol Division]

This series was created by the Office of Protocol and Special Events to document State functions for the Premier, such as official visits, honours and awards. Specifically, the photographs and negatives record events such as visits by the Royal Family, foreign Heads of State, Heads of Government and other visiting dignitaries. There are also records of various government ceremonies, festivities, annual  celebrations (for example ANZAC Day and Australia Day) and on-off public events such as the Opening of Parliament, State funerals & memorials. This series is composed of photographs and negatives.
