Mininet Network Traffic Dataset for Intrusion Detection in a Cyber-Physical Power-System Digital Twin

This dataset contains network traffic captured from the Mininet-based cyber layer of a cyber-physical power-system digital-twin test bed associated with a DIgSILENT PowerFactory physical-layer model. Traffic was captured using Wireshark in PCAPNG format during network-scanning experiments, including fast and stealth scanning scenarios. The dataset is intended for cybersecurity and machine-learning research, particularly the development and evaluation of intrusion-detection methods for cyber-physical power systems. In the associated FedGridDPI study, the simulated traffic was integrated with publicly available OT cybersecurity datasets for model training and evaluation. This Zenodo deposit contains the authors' deposited Mininet-generated capture; it does not redistribute the third-party datasets.
