Statistical analysis of Elemental and Radiogenic Isotope Geochemistry of Lamproites and Ultra Potassic Mafic (LUPM) Rocks from Twenty-six Regions

This lamproite and ultra potassic mafic (LUPM) dataset consists of 844 samples: 495 of orogenic (LUPMo) provenance (14 countries); and 349 of anorogenic (LUPMa) provenance (8 countries; 12 regions). The dataset is primarily composed of samples compiled by Lustrino et al. (2016), supplemented with additional samples from Gaussberg, Antarctica (Sushchevskaya et al., 2014), northern Siberia, Russia (Ivanov et al., 2018), and Yinniugou, northeast China (Yu et al., 2025). The total dataset is divided into just two groups (LUPMa and LUPMo) based on the present-day tectonic setting of the samples. Hence, the samples from Russia and northeast China are grouped in the LUPMa group despite the transitional nature of their compositions.
