Technology use at school and students’ learning outcomes: Exploring the relationship with new data from Germany

The relationship between the use of technology at school and learning outcomes is still very debated. This paper presents results from a pilot of a new PISA assessment in Germany showing that students who use ICT more across subjects are more capable of solving complex computational problems.
