The Swedish National study on Aging and Care in Skåne (SNAC-S) - GÅS

The national study SNAC - The Swedish National Study on Aging and Care, includes four participating areas: SNAC-Blekinge, SNAC Kungsholmen, SNAC Nordanstig and SNAC Skåne Gott Åldrande i Skåne (GÅS). In all four areas, a independently research centre conducts a population study and a health care system study. SNAC-GÅS Gott Åldrande i Skåne is intended for a random selection of people, 60 years and older, who live in the municipalities of Malmö, Eslöv, Hässleholm, Osby and Ystad. The study consists of two parts – the population study and the care system study. The population study: The baseline examination was conducted between 2001-2004, with a total of 2,931 individuals aged 60-93 years. The baseline examination included clinical examinations by a physician, a psychologist and a nurse as well as a questionnaire. The first re-examination of participants aged >78 years was performed during 2005-2007. The second re-examination of each participant in the baseline examination was performed during 2008-2010, when also 1,523 new participants were invited. The third and fourth re-examination was carried out during 2010-2012 and 2013-2015 when additional 1,350 participants were included. A fifth and sixth re-examination takes place during 2016-2018 and 2019/2021. The care system study: Data collection take place in two steps: In the first step, information on all elderly people who currently receive health care from the municipalities and/or Region Skåne are collected. Next, information on all new patients and information about the progress of those who already have interventions (continuous collecting) are gathered. Purpose: To study normal aging, functional ability, diseases an associated risk factors, health and life situation and the need of care and service in a normal elderly population.瑞典国家老龄化与护理研究（Swedish National Study on Aging and Care, SNAC）共包含4个参与区域：SNAC-布莱金厄（SNAC-Blekinge）、SNAC-孔斯霍尔门（SNAC Kungsholmen）、SNAC-诺丹斯蒂格（SNAC Nordanstig）以及SNAC斯科讷老年安康项目（SNAC Skåne Gott Åldrande i Skåne, GÅS）。4个区域均由独立研究中心开展人群研究与医疗保健系统研究。（与主研究SNAC及各参与区域相关的元数据可在“相关研究”标签下查阅。） SNAC-GÅS（斯科讷老年安康项目）的研究对象为居住于马尔默、埃斯勒夫、哈瑟勒霍姆、奥斯比及于斯塔德市镇的60岁及以上人群的随机抽样样本。该研究包含两部分内容：人群研究与医疗保健系统研究。 ### 人群研究 基线调查于2001—2004年间开展，共纳入2931名年龄介于60—93岁的受试者。基线调查涵盖医师、心理学家与护士实施的临床检查及问卷调查。对年龄大于78岁受试者的首次复查于2005—2007年间完成。基线受试者的第二次复查于2008—2010年间开展，同期新增纳入1523名受试者。第三次与第四次复查分别于2010—2012年及2013—2015年完成，期间新增纳入1350名受试者。第五次与第六次复查将于2016—2018年及2019/2021年进行。 ### 医疗保健系统研究 数据采集分为两个阶段：第一阶段收集当前接受上述市镇及/或斯科讷地区（Region Skåne）医疗服务的所有老年人的相关信息；第二阶段收集所有新增患者的信息，以及已接受干预措施的受试者的病情进展信息（持续收集）。 ### 研究目的 探究正常老年人群的正常衰老进程、功能状态、疾病及相关危险因素、健康与生活状况，以及照护与服务需求。
