ISC Pilot - Understanding differences in clinical presentations of leishmaniasis in an endemic disease focus. The aim of this study is to test ISC using recently designed Leishmania aethiopica baits on artificial Leish-human DNA mixture dilutions. If this is sucessful then the aim would be then to test the method on samples collected in the field. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
