A total of 1,533 chronological dating results from archaeological sites across the Tibetan Plateau and its surrounding regions were obtained. These data encompass chronological measurements conducted by the research team itself and dating data of other relevant sites collected from publicly available or existing literature. Comprehensive organization has been carried out on the dating materials, analytical methods, laboratory serial numbers and other associated information for each site, which are finally structured into tables for easy query and utilization. These datasets offer critical support for multi-disciplinary research. In archaeology, the dataset can be utilized to reconstruct the spatiotemporal framework of human migration and cultural evolution, and uncover the mechanisms of high-altitude adaptation and the rules of environment-human interaction. For environmental science, when combined with climate proxy indicators, it can be employed to analyze the influence of Holocene climate fluctuations on the rise and decline of civilizations, and assess the social resilience to extreme events. In geological applications, it can be used to calibrate the relationship between regional tectonic activities and human settlement, such as the spatiotemporal correlation between seismic zones and the distribution of archaeological sites. From a technical perspective, through the integration of big data and GIS, the aggregation patterns of archaeological sites can be identified, and cultural exchange routes including the Plateau Silk Road can be traced. Furthermore, data-backed cultural heritage conservation planning can prioritize the rescue of endangered sites and establish a dynamic monitoring system. Interdisciplinary research will deepen the understanding of the "Anthropocene" environment-society system, and provide historical references for regional ecological conservation and sustainable development.
