Identification of Salivary Microbiota Biomarkers for Early Detection of Papillary Thyroid Cancer

Papillary thyroid carcinoma is the most prevalent malignancy in the endocrine system, and lymph node metastasis can occur in the early stages of the disease. Early diagnosis is a key strategy to improve the prognosis of the disease. This study aims to investigate the characteristics of salivary flora composition in patients with early papillary thyroid cancer and to identify potential salivary flora biomarkers.
