Ustiloxin A is only found in RFSB caused by Ustilaginoidea virens infection in rice spikelet so far, but no information about its effect on rice is known. Here, we used ustiloxin A to exposure rice spikelet on the first day of heading. Then the differential expression genes (DEG) of treated rice spikelet vs control were collected and analyzed by BGI-500 system. Our results reveal the potential effect of ustiloxin A on rice spikelet.
