Average cut-off time per customer HTA

One of the indicators to measure the quality of the network is the average annual cut-off time per HTA-connected demand facility. This indicator is also called Criterion M. The values displayed correspond to average annual durations of outages on the network managed by Enedis excluding exceptional events and excluding RTE. Following a migration of HTA customers to a new, more modern information system in 2013, data for 2013 are not available.
