Particle size fractionation 18s rDNA sequence in a 200m water column in the western Pacific Ocean Raw sequence reads

The phytoplankton in six layers of water:5m, 25m, 50m, 113m, 150m, 200m of the true photosphere of the western Pacific Ocean were divided into five particle size ranges: 0.2 micron to 0.6 micron, 0.6 micron to 1.2 micron, 1.2 micron to 2 micron, 2 to 20 micron and more than 200 micron by fractionation filtration.The 30 samples obtained were subjected to 18s rDNA high throughput sequencing to study the phytoplankton community composition and particle size composition in the water column in detail.
