Data and code supporting "Spatio-temporal dynamics and prediction of global dengue burden from 1990 to 2021: A machine learning analysis based on 2021 global burden of disease data"

This dataset archives research materials for a dengue burden epidemiological study based on the GBD 2021 database. The packaged contents cover: anonymized raw baseline GBD data, model-processed prediction outputs, reusable R code for spatial statistics (Global Moran's I, LISA), Spearman correlation testing, MARS machine learning forecasting and SHAP interpretability analysis, alongside exported chart files.All source data consists of aggregated population-level public statistics without identifiable personal records, complying with the secondary analysis ethics rules of the GBD project. The archived files support full result reproduction for the corresponding journal manuscript.
