The regulatory landscape of 5′ UTRs in translational control during zebrafish embryogenesis

The Mendeley Repository folder contains the following:
- FIJI macro for automated image analysis (related to figures 2 and 7)
- Excel sheets with normalized fluorescence intensity calculations (related to figures 2 and 7)
- Updated DaniO5P model weights and contributions
- NUPACK structure calculations
- All 5' UTR sequences recovered before filtering steps (mentioned in the methods section), which includes 5' UTRs that were not assayed, for the interested reader
- Files outputted by next-generation sequencing alignments (deduplicated, mapped reads), used for reporter TPM calculations
- The sequence of the plasmid used for cloning the MPRA library
