入厂大米中硒含量的检验结果评定数据

硒是人体必需的微量元素,有预防心血管疾病、抑制癌症、抗衰老等作用,受到广泛的关注。大米在居民日常饮食中占了很大比重,因此,大米含硒量的高低与人体硒营养水平密切相关。测定入厂大米中硒含量是否达到国家标准,提前做好大米的入厂筛选工作。以国家标准GB/T2762-2017为检验依据,记录样品质量m(g),分析时样品消解溶液定容的体积V(L),将冷却后的消解液转移至容量瓶中,加入溶液,加水稀至刻度,摇匀;以试剂空白为参比,测其吸光度,记录并根据测得的吸光值从校准曲线查得Se含量Cx(μg·L-1),并计算出大米硒含量X(μg·L-1),公式如下:大米硒含量X(μg·L-1)=(Cx*V)/m;结果与标准中的规定一致,判定公式:F(x)=IF(入厂大米硒含量测定值>0.003μg·L-1,"合格,可入场","不合格,退回")。
Selenium is an essential trace element for the human body, with functions such as preventing cardiovascular diseases, inhibiting cancer, and anti-aging, which has attracted widespread attention. Rice constitutes a large portion of residents' daily diet, so the selenium content in rice is closely correlated with the human body's selenium nutritional status. Therefore, it is necessary to detect whether the selenium content of incoming rice meets national standards, to conduct pre-delivery screening for rice in advance. Taking the national standard GB/T 2762-2017 as the testing basis, record the sample mass m (g) and the fixed volume V (L) of the sample digestion solution during analysis. Transfer the cooled digestion solution to a volumetric flask, add the required reagent solution, add water to the calibration mark, and shake well. Use the reagent blank as the reference to measure the absorbance. Record the measured absorbance value, obtain the selenium content Cx (μg·L⁻¹) from the calibration curve, and calculate the selenium content X (μg·L⁻¹) in rice using the following formula: X (μg·L⁻¹) = (Cx × V) / m. If the result conforms to the provisions of the standard, the judgment formula is: F(x)=IF(measured selenium content of incoming rice > 0.003 μg·L⁻¹, "Qualified, allowed entry", "Unqualified, returned").
