Derived data and code for: An ionic-strength-corrected electrical conductivity balance for quality control of inland and geothermal water analyses

This version replaces v1 with canonically recalculated derived numerical data for Figures 1-4 and Tables 1-7. A single fixed preprocessing and calculation engine was applied to all four source datasets, including exclusion of double-counted pH-derived OH-, site-specific interpretation of Japanese inland-water footnotes, retention of source-flagged numeric values, charged minor ions, nondetect and <DL values, microgram-per-litre units, USGS result qualifiers/as-N/as-P fields, nitrate-plus-nitrite subtraction, an alkalinity fallback for one missing bicarbonate value, and numeric parsing of 20 hot-spring conductivity cells stored as text. The screened sample counts are 1434, 924, 133, and 1133 for EANET inland waters, Japanese inland waters, USGS Denver Basin groundwater, and Japanese hot springs, respectively. The central scientific conclusions and the empirical operational ceiling near 1,000 mS/m are unchanged. Original source datasets are cited but not redistributed.
